The transmission dynamics of viruses are fundamentally governed by the interactions between invading viruses and the host immune system. Understanding these interactions is critical for developing population-level transmission control strategies and identifying therapeutic targets to suppress within-host viral replication. Using hepatitis B virus (HBV) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as representative examples, we investigate the dynamical properties of several within-host viral models. Specifically, we analyze the existence and stability of equilibria, along with associated bifurcation behaviors.
主讲人简介:
杨瑜,上海立信会计金融学院统计与数学学院教授。研究方向为微分方程与动力系统及其应用,研究成果发表于《Journal of Nonlinear Science》、《Chaos》、《Studies in Applied Mathematics》、《Journal of Mathematical Biology》和《Mathematical Biosciences》等期刊,主持完成国家自然科学基金和浙江省自然科学基金项目。
